Greater Pittsburgh Compensation Survey: The Greater Pittsburgh Compensation Survey is a regional compensation resource to compare your pay program with benchmarked positions. Local and regional data is collected on over 350 positions from executives to production workers. Don't miss your chance to get the compensation planning tools for budgeting, recruiting and rewarding your workforce.

  • Data Collected: Organization data, general employee data, FLSA status, salary midpoint, base pay, cash bonus, DC bonus

Survey of Executive and Administrative Assistants: The Survey of Executive and Administrative Assistants (SEAA) is an annual compensation survey that covers the unique niche of assistants to senior executives in America's largest corporations. Along with requested compensation data, policy and practice data is collected on FLSA exemption, performance ratings, prevalence of dedicated assistants, Long-Term Incentive (LTI) practice and more. Our report contains data breakouts by company size, industry, region and metro, where the minimum number of observations required permits statistical reporting.
 
  • Participation Requirements: Companies with revenues of $1 billion or more (third-party vendors may submit on behalf of their client provided a Third-Party Non-Disclosure and Exclusive Use Agreement has been executed)
  • Positions Surveyed: 28 assistants to top executives within 3 levels of the CEO
  • Effective Date of Data: April 1
  • Data Collected: Organization data, general policy / practice data, general employee data, performance data, FLSA status, tenure, salary midpoint, base pay, cash bonus, LTI data, and executive support data
  • Participation Dates: Late-April through June
  • Report Availability: September

Greater Pittsburgh Salary Planning Survey: The Salary Planning Survey is a regional compensation survey for the Greater Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area. This valuable annual survey provides comprehensive local salary planning data. Co-sponsors of this survey have included the Greater Pittsburgh Salary Group, Inc., the Western Pennsylvania Total Compensation Association, the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association and the Western Pennsylvania Human Resources Association.
 
  • Participation Requirements:  Companies with operations in the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Statistical Area
  • Positions Surveyed:  Data gathered for seven job classes
  • Effective Date of Data:  Current year
  • Data Collected:  Organization data, general data on current and projected salary budgets and salary structure adjustments
  • Participation Dates:  Late-August - September
  • Report Availability:  Late-October
  • Pricing:  Special pricing for participants
