Survey of Executive and Administrative Assistants
Over 20 years more than 400 major corporate headquarters have used the Survey of Executive and Administrative Assistants to identify competitive pay levels for "C-Suite" administrative professionals - those dedicated to ensuring our nation's top executives get things done.
This is the Premier Survey for Executive Assistant pay data at the top corporations across the United States. Our participating sponsors' revenues range from $1 billion to over $200 billion.
We collect data on assistants to 28 of the top executives within 3 levels of the CEO. Data is collected using a unique participant link and password system for access to a web-based collection tool, forwarded to participants via email. Survey participation opens in April to coincide with Administrative Professional Day and closes in June. The report is scheduled for publication in September.
Compensation data is collected with an effective date as of April 1 of the current year. Data collected includes base salary, bonus and even long term incentives.
Policy and practice data gathered includes information on such topics as FLSA exemption, performance ratings, prevalence of dedicated assistants, LTI practice and more.
Our report includes data breakouts by company size, industry, and region (including metro areas with the largest major corporate headquarters concentrations).
Participants receive a complimentary Summary of Findings for their participation as well as one complimentary Metro Data Report*.
* A Complimentary Metro Data Report can only be supplied where data collected for the participant's metro area meets the minimum number of observations required in order for statistics to be provided.
